Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of civil and commercial litigation
- Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents
- Develop and execute case strategies aligned with client objectives
- Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations
- Work closely with partners and colleagues for a strategic and collaborative approach
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
- Stay informed on relevant legal developments
- Contribute to firm growth by fostering client relationships
- Mentor junior attorneys and meet annual billable hour requirement

Qualifications:
- Current NY Bar admission in good standing
- . degree from an accredited law school
- At least 3+ years of experience as a litigator in Federal Court, State Court, administrative hearings, and/or arbitration hearings
- Construction litigation experience preferred
- Excellent legal research and writing skills
- Commitment to a career as an attorney
- Ability to collaborate with others in a team environment
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management capabilities

Compensation:
- Associate level salary range of $110,000 - $146,000, based on experience and qualifications
- In-person role with benefits including attorney bonus program, health insurance stipend, paid time off, 401K, and paid parking

- Work closely with partners and colleagues to ensure a strategic and collaborative approach to case management.

- Contribute to the firm’s growth by fostering client relationships.
- Mentor junior attorneys, providing guidance on case strategies, legal processes, and client management
- Meet an annual 1,600 billable hour requirement while maintaining high professional standards.

Qualifications:
- Current NY Bar admission in good standing.

- 3+ years of experience practicing as a litigator in Federal Court, State Court, administrative hearings, and/or arbitration hearings.
- Construction litigation experience preferred.
