Job Title: Associate Paralegal, Claim

Job Responsibilities:
- Compile and draft legal documents for attorney review and use, including routine documents, discovery responses, affidavits, and other legal documents.
- Prepare initial pleadings, filings, exhibits, and demonstrative evidence.
- Coordinate litigation requests among multiple parties and subpoena records.
- Conduct preliminary legal research as necessary.
- Assist attorneys in trial preparation and proceedings as required.
- Capture and record billable time in accordance with company policies.
- Review incoming mail to determine urgency and assist attorneys with drafting correspondence.
- Act as a liaison with experts and witnesses for scheduling and documentation retrieval.
- Schedule and coordinate depositions, medical examinations, and court hearings.
- Maintain attorney calendars and manage diary and tickler dates.
- Input and maintain information in the case management system, ensuring data integrity.
- Assist with projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Information:
- High School Diploma or its equivalent is required.
- A minimum of one year of experience as a paralegal or in a related role, or a Bachelor's degree, or a Paralegal Certification from an ABA-Certified program is required.
- Bachelor's Degree, paralegal or litigation/claim experience, and insurance-related experience are preferred.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and general law office procedures, and familiarity with local court/jurisdiction rules and procedures is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PDF Software, and case management systems is required.
- Advanced interpersonal, grammar, and writing skills are necessary.
- Ability to learn proprietary software systems and work both independently and in a team environment.
- Basic research and analytical skills are necessary.

Salary Information:
- The annual base salary range for this position is between $59, and $97,. The actual salary will be determined based on factors such as the role's scope, complexity, and location, as well as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
