Job Title: Attorney - First/Second Year Associate

Job Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of the Workers’ Compensation Associate is to contribute to the mission of the law firm's Workers’ Compensation practice group, which aims to significantly and sustainably reduce the overall expense of each client’s workers’ compensation program. This involves:

- Owning individual attorney files from conception to closure, ensuring efficient handling and strategic risk management.
- Implementing cutting-edge, value-added programs designed to identify and neutralize risks, resulting in fast and efficient resolutions.
- Partnering and communicating with clients to not only close individual files but also to develop long-term, comprehensive, and tailor-made improvements to their workers’ compensation programs.
- Collaborating within a team-centric environment that emphasizes mutual respect and rewards teamwork over individual gain.

Education and Experience Information:
- Ideal candidates will be upcoming 2025 law school graduates who are sitting for the bar in July of 2025. This position is tailored for individuals entering their first or second year post-law school, providing a foundational role within the law firm's New York state practice.

Salary Information:
The position offers an annualized salary of $90,000, with the potential for adjustment based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
