Litigation Paralegal The candidate will review incoming IDS to make sure OC gave us all exhibits. Request medical records. Bate number documents. Draft, edit, review pleadings. Send lien letters. Open Medicare claims. Draft complaints, initial pleadings, discovery, disclosures and supplementals. Including but not limited to motions, subpoenas, etc. Talk to clients regarding litigation process, and discovery, keep regular communication, and calendar deadlines. Should have 3-5 years minimum working in Plaintiff Personal Injury. Experience or background in Medical Malpractice or Trucking cases is a plus. Excellent follow-up and attention to detail skills. Ability to work in a high volume- fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Needles, and Dropbox. Ability to take direction and follow instructions. Hard-working team player looking to advance their legal knowledge and skills. Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) is preferred.
