Job Title: Senior eDiscovery Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:
The Senior eDiscovery Project Manager of Client Services is a pivotal leader responsible for managing client relationships through effective project management coordination and execution. Key responsibilities include:

- Acting as the primary liaison with key client representatives and owning the service delivery relationship for assigned projects.
- Driving overall client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of deliverables.
- Collaborating with clients to establish best practices and addressing any prioritization issues.
- Providing high-level consultative input focusing on advanced analytics and technology-assisted reviews.
- Preparing project forecasts and work schedules and implementing those prepared by the Client Services Manager.
- Ensuring client and project requirements are met with high quality and accuracy through regular communication with clients and internal partners.
- Managing project budgets and financial status, and providing strategic and tactical guidance to deliver best practices within the eDiscovery business unit.
- Delivering proactive communication with clients, addressing issues, or escalating them to the Client Services Manager when necessary.
- Maintaining updated records regarding the status of all projects.
- Providing substantive oversight to client-specific projects on a day-to-day basis.
- Demonstrating leadership to both clients and internal partners, delivering project objectives professionally and with high quality.
- Serving as a team leader by assessing and developing employees through continuous training and mentoring.
- Instilling confidence with clients and serving as a primary public face of the company's high-quality service delivery.
- Assisting the Client Services Manager in evaluating team bandwidth and delegating tasks internally.
- Participating in regional and global initiatives, acting as a representative for the regional location.
- Identifying areas for process improvement on internal workflow and projects in a solution-oriented manner.

Education and Experience Information:
- A solid understanding of eDiscovery and the litigation support industry, typically gained from at least 4 years of experience in project management positions within law firms, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery service providers.
- Evidence of emerging leadership and staff development skills to motivate staff and provide professional growth opportunities.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple simultaneous projects.
- Strong oral and written communication skills providing a confident leadership presence.
- Excellent client relationship skills, including the ability to manage client expectations, recognize client needs, and adapt company capabilities to meet those needs.
- A solid understanding of database design and management, data processing activities, and legal document review requirements.
- Demonstrated ability in controlling all aspects of a project from initial planning through final production, developing project plans, balancing client requirements, developing relationships, and reviewing financial and billing information in a timely manner.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience is required. A graduate degree such as a Juris Doctorate (JD) or Masters of Business Administration (MBA) is a plus.
- A minimum of 4 years of consulting, litigation support, paralegal, or attorney experience in a law firm, corporate legal department, or eDiscovery service provider.

Salary Information:
The compensation range for this role is $115, to $140, USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus. The specific salary will be determined based on several factors including location-based market rate for the role, abilities in relation to the job specification, performance during screening and interview, and pay parity with the wider team in the considered location. Further details about the package will be provided during the initial screening call with the Talent Acquisition Team.
