Law Firm Seeking Associate Attorney for Labor & Employment Practice Group
San Diego, California

If you have 3-5 years of experience in employment or complex litigation defense, including class and representative actions and single-plaintiff actions, traditional labor law, and/or employment counseling, our growing Labor & Employment Practice Group in San Diego wants you! We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled attorney to join our team and help us continue to provide top-notch legal services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Defend clients in employment or complex litigation cases, including class and representative actions and single-plaintiff actions
- Provide legal counsel and advice to clients on traditional labor law and employment matters
- Collaborate with team members across offices to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Participate in client meetings and court appearances as necessary
- Stay up-to-date on labor and employment laws and regulations to provide accurate and effective legal representation

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in employment or complex litigation defense, traditional labor law, and/or employment counseling
- Strong academic credentials and excellent writing and analytical skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Admission to the California State Bar, or willingness to become admitted
- Order of the Coif, law review, or clerkship experience is a plus

Salary Information:
- Salary range: $260,000 - $455,000
- Actual salary will be commensurate with candidate's qualifications and relevant experience
