As the Demand Negotiator for our Personal Injury Pre-litigation department at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., you will play a crucial role in negotiating the largest settlements for wrongful death, traumatic brain injury (TBI), catastrophic injury, and major orthopedic cases. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact and achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Daily Tasks:

- Evaluate bodily injury claims by reviewing medical records and legal documentation
- Assess potential exposure and identify any issues that can enhance case value
- Analyze the cost-effectiveness of litigation versus settlement
- Proactively pursue settlement strategies
- Correspond with clients, providers, and insurance companies
- Maintain accurate records and handle administrative responsibilities
- Bring a positive and team-oriented attitude to our Los Angeles office

Your Skills:

- Minimum of 2 years experience negotiating bodily injury claims, preferably with a plaintiff or defense background
- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar (preferred, but not required)
- Ability to maintain professionalism while handling negotiations and communications with clients
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Typing speed of at least 40wpm
- Able to handle assigned cases promptly and accurately
