Job Title: 2L IP Summer Associate - Patent Prosecution

Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with attorneys on challenging, high-impact legal matters.
- Gain experience with a variety of patent prosecution assignments, including claim drafting and responding to Office actions.
- Engage in research, drafting memos, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Participate in client meetings, hearings, and case strategy sessions.

- Participate in planned social activities to foster relationships with fellow summer associates and attorneys.

Education and Experience Information:
- Second-year law student enrolled at an American Bar Association-accredited law school.
- Undergraduate degree in one of the following: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Computer Software, or similar degree.
- Strong academic performance in both undergraduate and law school coursework.
- Genuine interest in pursuing a Patent Prosecution career at the law firm.
- A license with the USPTO/Patent Bar preferred.
