Job Summary:
- Responsible for preparing and filing legal documents for the Pre and Post Judgment process
- Monitor and maintain ongoing Judgment process
- Use analytical and critical thinking skills
- Collaborate with Firm members and clients

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare legal documents such as motions, responses, objections, and notices
- Review and analyze client documents for accuracy
- Research for missing information and documents
- File legal documents with court and maintain calendar of hearings
- Communicate with opposing counsel and clients
- Record all communication in Firm's case-management system
- Serve as backup to fellow employees

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of legal experience required
- Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Strong data entry and word processing skills
- Eligible to work in the United States
