Employment Class Action Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
The Employment Class Action Attorney will be responsible for representing victims of wage theft on a classwide basis, which includes issues related to unpaid overtime, meal and rest breaks, and unreimbursed expenses. The attorney will provide legal counsel, draft legal documents, take and defend depositions, and advocate for clients both in and out of the courtroom. This role offers the opportunity for significant experience and exposure in state and federal plaintiff’s-side class action litigation against regional, national, and Fortune 500 companies across various industries. The attorney will be trained to manage their own cases under the supervision of senior attorneys, with real responsibilities and the potential for rapid advancement within the law firm.

Education and Experience Information:

- Active member of the California State Bar in good standing.
- 1 to 4 years of experience practicing employment law, focusing on wage and hour class action / PAGA cases. Candidates with more experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills are required.
- Demonstrated ability to handle a caseload independently and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- This position requires 100% in-person work at the new downtown Los Angeles office.

Salary Information:
The salary for the Employment Class Action Attorney position is based on experience, ranging from $120,000 to $170,000 annually, with additional year-end bonuses.
