The Law Firm in St. Petersburg is currently seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our First Party/General Trial Department. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1-3 years of experience in areas such as Bodily Injury, First Party, Personal Injury, or Premises Liability. The ideal candidate will have a JD, be scheduled to take the Bar exam in Summer 2025, or already be admitted to the FL Bar. Responsibilities:
• Represent clients in court or before government agencies
• Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
• Advise clients on legal issues and strategies
• Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
• Comply with all legal standards and regulations
Qualifications:
• JD from a fully ADA-accredited law school
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Bodily Injury, First Party, Personal Injury, or Premises Liability
• Bar exam scheduled for Summer 2025 or already admitted to FL Bar
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
