**Members Only**, a top law firm with nearly 300 attorneys, is looking for a skilled IP Litigation Associate to support our growing intellectual property litigation team. With offices strategically located in the Northeastern United States and Toronto, we offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment with opportunities for advancement and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the intellectual property litigation team, handling patent litigation and federal court cases
- Conduct discovery and motion practice
- Draft legal documents and correspondence
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Assist with case management and strategy

Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of experience in patent litigation or significant federal court litigation

- Strong verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel to different office locations (Syracuse, Albany, Boston, Buffalo, or Rochester)

Salary Information:
- New York State salary range: $110,000 to $175,000
- Actual compensation will depend on years of experience, qualifications, skill set, and office location
- Performance- or merit-based bonuses and other benefits offered by the firm
