Job Summary:

This position offers a competitive salary range of $92,000 to $120,000 annually, with potential for flexibility for exceptional candidates. Job Description:

As a Lease Contract Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting with the company's real estate lease renewal program, strategic initiatives, and acquisition and disposition transactions. You will also be responsible for preparing lease-related documents, reviewing and interpreting leases and related real estate documents, and conducting research to support the activities of the real estate law department. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as a customer-service orientation, are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting with the company's real estate lease renewal program
- Assisting with strategic initiatives, such as e-commerce and energy programs
- Assisting with real estate acquisition and disposition transactions
- Preparing lease-related documents
- Reviewing and interpreting leases and related real estate documents
- Abstracting document information and uploading to databases and calendars
- Researching various documents in support of the real estate law department
- Participating in the creation of project-based processes
- Assisting attorneys and paralegals as needed

Requirements:

- 7+ years of experience as a paralegal in commercial real estate
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree
- Paralegal certificate preferred, but not required
- Working knowledge of commercial real estate law and practice
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks
- Thorough and accurate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic mathematical computation skills
- Customer-service orientation
