Counsel, Commercial - Cardiac Rhythm Management

Currently, **Members Only** is seeking an experienced commercial attorney to join their team and provide legal advice to their Cardiac Rhythm Management division. This role will involve identifying and resolving complex legal issues to support the operations of a global leader in the medical device industry.

Responsibilities:
- Draft, negotiate, and review a variety of agreements, including procurement, sales, licensing, marketing, and research collaborations
- Ensure compliance with FTC truth-in-advertising principles, **Members Only** policies, and applicable laws for marketing programs and promotional materials
- Provide sound and timely legal advice to internal clients on a wide range of legal matters related to commercial business operations
- Resolve legal issues through negotiation and utilize legal expertise for pre-litigation dispute resolution and settlements
- Assist in creating new template agreements, playbooks, and training to improve contracting processes
- Develop knowledge of **Members Only**'s businesses, products, and client areas supported
- Stay updated on laws relevant to client areas, such as fraud and abuse, FDA regulation, privacy, and anti-corruption
- Represent **Members Only** externally to suppliers and customers
- Help select and direct outside counsel's work, manage project objectives and budget

H2: Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, strong academic background, and admission to a US state bar in good standing
- 3+ years of experience as a commercial attorney at a top law firm and/or in-house
H2: Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare industry or other relevant industry experience
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and exercise sound commercial and legal judgment
- Ability to independently handle complex matters and identify when to escalate to senior management
Salary Information:
- Base pay: $146, - $293,
- Pay range may vary in specific locations
