**Members Only**, a leading social technology company, is seeking an experienced attorney to join their team as an Associate General Counsel for their Reality Labs product division. This full time position will provide legal support for **Members Only**'s consumer health devices and features, ensuring compliance with US and international regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a . degree, at least 8 years of experience as a practicing attorney, and in-depth knowledge of medical device and digital health technology laws. This role will also involve advising on issues related to product counseling, consumer law, and medical device regulations, as well as negotiating agreements and building relationships with business clients and other members of the legal department.

Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: $198,000/year to $266,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support for **Members Only**'s Wearables product team
- Advise on regulatory requirements for the sale and development of regulated features
- Support market access activities, such as insurance reimbursements
- Structure, negotiate, and analyze agreements for various transactions
- Build relationships and partner with business clients and other members of the legal department
- Deliver regulatory advice for rapidly advancing technology

Minimum Qualifications:
- . degree with membership in at least one . state bar
- 8+ years of experience as a practicing attorney
- Experience in medical device, life sciences, or healthcare industry
- In-depth knowledge of US and international laws related to medical devices and digital health technologies

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience advising on product counseling, consumer law, and medical device regulations
- Experience with business associate agreements and HIPAA
- Experience working with insurance companies or healthcare providers
- Experience navigating regulatory issues for evolving technology
- Ability to apply risk-based analysis to legal issues and develop innovative solutions
