Job Title: Partner/Attorney
Job Responsibilities:
The law firm is seeking a law partner who can immediately contribute to the firm's development and future success. The partner will be responsible for upholding the moral, ethical, and distinguished reputation of the firm both professionally and personally. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing the future of the law firm and having one's name associated with the firm.
- Maintaining and honoring high ethical standards.
- Sharing in the burden of overhead expenses.
- Ensuring all taxes are covered prior to receiving payment.
- Fostering good family relations and promoting a healthy work-life balance.
- Sharing income from cases, with flexibility for other fee structures.
- Providing quality over quantity service and maintaining good-natured relationships with clients.
Additional skills and duties include:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Emotional intelligence, empathy, and tolerance within legal and ethical boundaries.
- Working knowledge of laws, regulations, financial compliance, and best practices.
- Expertise in personal injury law, criminal law, contract law, real estate law, wills, trusts, and estates.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication of complex information in an accessible manner.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Excellent persuasive writing and language skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strategic thinking and prioritizing short-term and long-term goals.
- Familiarity with billing software and practices.
- Administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Collecting retainers from clients and enforcing reliable billing practices.
Education and Experience Information:
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- Valid license to practice law in Washington state.
- Membership in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association.
- 2-3 years’ experience practicing law with good mentorship preferred, but candidates with less experience are encouraged to apply for a probationary salary as they gain the necessary experience to become a full partner.
Salary Information:
The position offers a full-time salaried pay ranging from $77, to $444, per year, based on the employer's provided information. Additionally, the firm offers benefits including:

Schedule:
- Flexible hours with the ability to choose one's own schedule.
- Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed.
Location Requirements:
Candidates must have the ability to commute to Port Angeles, WA 98362, and must relocate before starting work, if necessary. The work location is in-person.
