The Murphy Law Firm, a rapidly growing entrepreneurial Family Law Firm, is seeking a professional and experienced Client Impression Expert to join our team. This remote position will work directly with our attorneys and team members to ensure our clients receive stellar representation from the very first contact. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is passionate about helping others, and is interested in growing with our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for new clients reaching out to our firm
- Schedule and sell initial meetings with our Director of Client Engagement and Attorney
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date business calendar
- Answer phone calls and emails, and communicate relevant information to the appropriate parties
Qualifications:
- Sales experience preferred, with a focus on legal services a plus
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
- Previous experience handling telephone calls and navigating stressful situations
- Strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills
- Minimum of 1 year of front desk receptionist experience or related job experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
Compensation:
$37,440 - $41,600 yearly
