Job Description:

- Position: Commercial Attorney
- Company: Clean energy company in the Bay Area
- Location: Fully remote role
- Start date: ASAP
- Duration: Ongoing
- Hours: 20 hours/week

Responsibilities:
- Review and negotiate manufacturing, procurement, and logistics agreements for the supply chain team
- Handle nuanced IP-related issues
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Ideally have experience in construction or manufacturing

Requirements:
- Mix of in-house and law firm experience
- Background in IP and licensing
- Comfortable working remotely
- Available for 20 hours/week
- Ideally have experience in construction or manufacturing

Salary Information:
- Hourly rate expected to be between $110 and $116
- Actual compensation based on qualifications, skillset, and relevant experience
