Job Title: Insurance Coverage Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
The Insurance Coverage Litigation Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling various aspects of insurance coverage litigation. The attorney will prepare case-specific discovery documents and respond to discovery requests, requiring attention to detail and a thorough understanding of claim file documents. The role involves interpreting contracts and representing insurers in complex coverage claims, which may include monitoring, mediations, arbitrations, and declaratory relief litigation in both state and federal courts across the United States. Additional duties may involve taking and defending depositions, with a focus on property insurance cases.

Education and Experience Information:
The position requires a minimum of two (2) years of litigation experience. The candidate should have experience in preparing detailed discovery documents and responding to discovery requests. Experience with taking and defending depositions is advantageous, as is knowledge of property insurance. Admission to the Texas Bar is a mandatory requirement for this role.
