Summary:
**Members Only**'s Corporate & Financial Services Department is seeking experienced corporate associates to join their top-tier, thriving practice. This is a national search for candidates with a minimum of three years of relevant experience in corporate transactions, including private equity, M&A and capital markets. The successful candidate will have the opportunity for significant responsibility and will work closely with partners and clients across various industries. The position is available in multiple **Members Only** offices, including New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Palo Alto and San Francisco. The salary range for this position is $250,000 - $370,000.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise due diligence process
- Draft and negotiate acquisition agreements and ancillary transaction documents
- Manage and facilitate closing transactions
- Work closely with partners and clients across various industries
- Take on significant responsibility in one of the strongest corporate practices in the market

Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Desire for teamwork and significant responsibility
- Self-starter attitude
- Experience in private equity, M&A and capital markets transactions
