Salary Information:
- Competitive pay ranging from $85, to $115,+ based on experience
- Base salary with bonus/incentive programs, signing bonus, and referral bonuses

Job Title: Attorney/Lawyer (St. Francois County)
Experience: Missouri license required, family law experience preferred but not required, senior associate positions available for attorneys with 5+ years of litigation experience

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and draft legal documents for filing and correspondence
- Draft pleadings and motions, including judgments and orders
- Correspond with attorneys, court personnel, and clients regarding cases
- Interview witnesses and prepare them for testimony
- Ensure accuracy of all documents prepared
- Appear in court promptly for assigned cases
- Handle all aspects of assigned cases
- Conduct legal research for specific issues
- Perform administrative duties as necessary
