Position: Entry-Level Associate
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Salary: Competitive and Commensurate with Experience

Responsibilities:
- Assist with legal research and drafting of legal documents
- Work closely with senior attorneys and clients on labor and employment law matters
- Prepare for and participate in hearings, mediations, and negotiations
- Attend conferences and training sessions to stay current on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:
- Preferably a 2026 graduate with excellent academic credentials (top 20% of class preferred)
- Relevant coursework and/or demonstrated interest in labor and employment law
- Must be able to sit for the 2026 Pennsylvania Bar Exam
