Job Title: Senior Matrimonial & Family Law Attorney
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle complex divorce litigation, custody disputes, financial support claims, and equitable distribution cases with precision and passion.
- Engage in meticulous case preparation and demonstrate courtroom acumen.
- Provide strategic, results-oriented representation in matrimonial and family law matters.
- Manage high-conflict litigation with confidence and compassion.
- Conduct trials, motion practice, depositions, and hearings.
- Perform financial discovery, net worth analysis, equitable distribution, and custody litigation.
- Exhibit excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skills.
- Work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
- Supervise junior attorneys and support staff when required.
Education and Experience Information:
- Must be admitted to practice in New York State.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience handling contested matrimonial and family law matters.
- Strong litigation experience, particularly in trials and hearings.
