Job Title: Immigration Attorney
Experience: 2+ years of family–based immigration experience
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement case strategy
• Prepare and file adjustment of status and immigrant visa applications, naturalization applications, waivers, VAWA petitions, RFE/NOID responses and FOIA requests
• Research immigration law and procedures
• Represent clients and attend field office interviews
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Licensed and in good standing to practice immigration law
• Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred
• 2 years of family–based immigration; business immigration experience is a plus
• Comprehensive understanding of immigrant visa petitions and consular processing
• Thorough understanding of family–based petitions, waivers, adjustment of status complex issues, VAWA petitions & consular processing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical ability, organization and research skills with attention to detail
• Must be able to communicate effectively with professionalism
• Strong analytical and problem–solving skills
• Must be able to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently

As an Immigration Attorney, you will handle all matters related to immigration law, including developing and implementing case strategy, preparing and filing various applications and petitions, researching immigration law and procedures, and representing clients in interviews. This is a full-time position and the candidate must have at least 2 years of family-based immigration experience, with a preference for those who are bilingual in Spanish and English.
