Law Firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in finance and accounting to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our firm. The ideal candidate will have a college degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience in financial management. They should also possess a thorough understanding of financial operations, accounting procedures, and employee benefit plans, as well as proficiency in financial, accounting, and office software tools.
As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the law firm, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. You will also oversee the accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements and reports. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial policies and procedures, as well as identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee financial operations of the law firm, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting
• Manage the accounting department and ensure accurate and timely financial statements and reports
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
• Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met
• Monitor and manage cash flow and financial transactions
• Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to senior management
• Prepare financial reports for partners and clients
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws
• Train and mentor staff on financial processes and procedures
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management
• Thorough knowledge of financial operations, accounting procedures, and employee benefit plans
• Proficiency in financial, accounting, and office software tools
• Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred
