Position: Litigation Attorney
- Handle a variety of commercial litigation and construction matters
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and appear in court
- Collaborate with team members and clients to achieve successful outcomes

Requirements:
- 2-6 years of experience in commercial litigation and/or construction law
- Excellent research, writing, and verbal communication skills
- Admission to the New York State bar
- Experience in construction matters is a plus, but not required
