Job Title: Bankruptcy Processor
Job Responsibilities:
- Review and preparation of analysis of Chapter 13 Plan.
- Collaborate with attorneys to submit the analysis of Chapter 13 Plans to clients.
- Communicate and follow up with clients regarding necessary information.
- Review and update client systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide support to attorneys in various capacities as needed.
Education and Experience Information:
- High School Diploma is required.
- Previous experience in a law firm is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in bankruptcy or mortgage servicing is preferred but not required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Trustees, Bankruptcy Courts, Local Counsel, and Debtors Attorneys is essential.
- Must be proficient in software tools, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet.
- Must possess strong organizational skills and be capable of multi-tasking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
