Amazon is seeking talented Associate Contracts Managers to join their Kindle, Web Services, and Consumer/B2B retail businesses. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to develop your experience and career with one of the world's most recognized and dynamic brands.

As an Associate Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts for an assigned business team. You will also have the opportunity to participate in team-wide meetings, departmental goals, and collaborative projects, as well as have access and visibility to business leadership.

Key responsibilities:

- Review, draft, and negotiate the legal terms of a broad range of standard commercial contracts
- Participate in team-wide meetings, departmental goals, and collaborative projects

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of contracts management, paralegal, or other comparable experience within a law firm, government agency, or in-house legal department
- Experience working with MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint

The compensation for this position ranges from $52,400 to $112,000 per year, depending on market location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
