Title: Litigation Associate Attorney
Job Responsibilities:
The Litigation Associate Attorney at the law firm will have the opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team, working with national and international insurance clients. The role involves handling cases across a variety of complex areas, including insurance coverage, extra-contractual liability, and defending liability cases. These cases may involve attorneys, officers and directors, real estate brokers, healthcare entities, engineers, architects, accountants, title agents, insurance agents, and investment professionals. The attorney will be entrusted with a diverse and challenging caseload and will take on significant responsibilities from the outset.
Education and Experience Information:
Candidates must be admitted to the Rhode Island Bar and be in good standing. While an admission to the Massachusetts Bar is strongly preferred, it is not mandatory. Ideal candidates will possess civil litigation experience in both state and federal courts and have experience in insurance coverage and insurance defense matters. Strong research, writing, and analytical skills are required for this role.
