#Litigation Attorney Job Opportunity Law Firm is seeking a highly motivated and Illinois Bar licensed associate personal injury lawyer to handle a large and growing docket of cases. Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in personal injury and/or nursing home law. ##Job Description The Litigation Attorney will be responsible for: * Handling all aspects of pre-litigation and litigation personal injury cases * Managing a staff member(s) working with the lawyer on the cases * Leading client communications, preparing documents, and all demands related to your cases * Fostering a positive work environment by building effective working relationships, making sound decisions while delivering and achieving high-quality, customer-focused results ##Job Requirements * Must be Illinois Bar licensed * 3+ years of experience in personal injury and/or nursing home law * Excellent research and writing skills * Excellent communication (verbal and written) * Computer, analytical, and initiative skills ##Salary and Benefits The position offers a competitive salary along with full benefits, including health dental, vision, FSA, paid time off, and 401(k).
