Responsibilities

H2: Advocate for Clients and Build Your Practice

As an Associate Attorney at EQUES®, you will have the opportunity to build your own practice in a specific geographical area or practice area. You will work with a multi-faceted team to represent clients, project the value of services, communicate financial obligations to clients, and manage legal matters. You will also have the opportunity to engage in networking, marketing, and community involvement to grow your practice.

Qualifications

To be successful at EQUES®, you must align with our core values of intellectual honesty and emotional intelligence, empowerment through leadership, innovation in legal services and business building, and respect and professionalism. You must also have a JD and admission to the Ohio Bar, 3-5 years of litigation experience, strong leadership skills, and a track record of network building and business development. Other qualifications include the ability to work efficiently and manage high-stress situations, strong communication skills, and proficiency with technology and case management systems.
