Job Title: Insurance Defense Attorney (3-10+ Years')

Job Responsibilities:
The Insurance Defense Attorney will be part of a mid-size national civil litigation and insurance defense law firm, focusing on personal injury litigation and insurance defense. The responsibilities include:

- Working independently and collaboratively as part of a legal team to meet the unique needs of clients.
- Handling civil cases through trial efficiently, which involves taking depositions, attending oral arguments and hearings, and negotiating settlements.
- Reporting case progress and developments to clients.
- Engaging in motion and law practice.
- Ensuring confidentiality in all discussions and negotiations.

Education and Experience:
- Juris Doctorate degree is required.
- Must have 3-10+ years of experience in insurance defense.
- Current licensure to practice law in New York or New Jersey is required, with additional licensure in other states considered a plus.
- Must be a member of the New York Bar in Good Standing, with New Jersey Bar membership preferred.

Salary Information:
The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $135,000 to $165,000 per year, with a generous bonus structure for motivated self-starters.
