Job Title: Trademark Associate

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist team in all trademark and copyright-related activities for multiple business segments, including trademark searches, risk assessment, prosecution, maintenance, enforcement, and litigation.
- Advise on managing a trademark portfolio consisting of domestic and foreign marks as well as complex legal and business issues.
- Navigate the US Trademark Office’s processes to secure registration efficiently for clients.

Education and Experience Information:

- 3 to 7 years of relevant experience with trademark and copyright issues.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Excellent technical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other practice areas to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.

Salary Information:

- The annual salary range for this position, if the successful applicant is based in Buffalo, Rochester, or Albany, is $135,000 to $175,000. Where a successful applicant is slotted within this range will vary based on legitimate criteria, such as experience and skill level. This range is not applicable to other locations.
