Job Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in energy project development, M&A, and project finance transactions
- Experience with renewable power and energy transition preferred
- Familiarity with energy regulatory matters, project real property and permitting requirements, and offtake agreements
- Ability to draft primary and ancillary deal documents and manage complex diligence and deal management
- Team-oriented and willing to take on significant responsibility
- Admission to one or more state bars required

Salary Information:

- Washington .: $240,000-$375,000 per year (actual pay may vary based on experience, location, and other job-related factors)
