Job Title: 2L Summer Associates for 2026 Summer Program

Job Responsibilities:
The 2L Summer Associates for the 2026 Summer Program will be involved in a dynamic and client-focused environment at the law firm. The responsibilities include:

- Engaging in a variety of legal tasks and projects under the supervision of experienced attorneys.
- Conducting legal research and drafting documents as required.
- Participating in meetings and contributing to discussions with colleagues and clients.
- Demonstrating a high level of academic achievement and excellent research and writing abilities.
- Involvement in extracurricular activities or employment history, preferably in leadership roles.
- Exhibiting maturity, the ability to accept responsibility, and strong interpersonal skills.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates interested in the 2L Summer Associate positions must meet the following criteria:

- Currently enrolled as a 2L student, expected to graduate in the class of 2027.
- For general summer associate/non-IP positions, candidates should be interested in working in various locations such as Cincinnati, Cleveland, and Columbus, OH; San Diego and Los Angeles, CA; Indianapolis, IN; Lexington and Louisville, KY; Miami, Orlando, and Tampa, FL; Pittsburgh, PA; and Charleston, WV.
- For positions within the Intellectual Property Department, candidates must have a technical background, with patent-bar-eligible undergraduate degrees, and be interested in working in Cincinnati, Cleveland, and Dayton, OH; Chicago, IL; Detroit, MI; Pittsburgh, PA; and San Diego, CA.

Salary Information:
The weekly salary for summer associates ranges from $2,200 to $3,500, varying by location.
