- Practicing law with a focus on legal work without the need for business development activities.
- Adhering to a hybrid work schedule, generally requiring two to three days in the office.
- Ensuring compliance with state bar admission requirements.
Education and Experience Information:
Candidates must possess the following educational background and experience:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- At least two years of experience in trademark enforcement and prosecution.
- Admission to the state bar is mandatory for this position.
Salary Information:
The anticipated initial annual salary range for this position is $140,000 to $185,000. The actual initial salary may vary based on several factors including:
- Relevant skills, training, and experience.

- Consistency with applicable law.
The initial salary range is part of the law firm's total compensation and benefits package, which includes:
- Productivity and discretionary bonuses.
