Real Estate Junior Associate - Syracuse, NY

We are seeking a talented and driven associate to join our Syracuse office and work with partners and clients on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in lending and commercial real estate to further their career in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and manage transaction documentation
- Assist in reviewing, managing, and responding to diligence requests
- Coordinate closings
- Analyze and examine real estate titles

Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice in New York State or eligible to waive into the New York State Bar
- Minimum of two years of experience as an attorney handling commercial and residential real estate or financing transactions
- Organized and detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and writing communication skills

Salary Information:
- Salary Range: $115,000 - $145,000
- This range represents the firm's good-faith and reasonable estimate of compensation for the position
- Actual compensation will depend on factors such as years of experience, qualifications, and office location
- Performance- or merit-based bonuses and other benefits may also be offered
