Location
Duties
- Lead and manage complex legal matters in Corporate, Litigation, and Trusts & Estates.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Drive business development initiatives to expand the firm’s client base.
- Work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated legal solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior attorneys and other staff, helping them develop their careers.
- Contribute to the firm’s strategic direction and leadership initiatives.
Requirements
- Significant experience in one or more of the firm's core practice areas (Corporate, Litigation, Trusts & Estates).
- Demonstrated success in business development and managing client relationships.
- Experience leading teams and handling complex legal cases.
- Strong negotiation skills and a strategic approach to legal issues.
- Proven ability to innovate and provide practical legal solutions to clients.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Active membership in the bar of at least one jurisdiction where the position is based.
