Are you a highly skilled attorney with experience in commercial real estate transactions? **Members Only** is seeking an Associate to join our team in either Buffalo, Rochester, or Syracuse. With a strategic platform of offices located in major cities, we offer our clients a wide range of services and a dynamic work environment for our attorneys.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and manage transaction documentation for sophisticated commercial real estate transactions
- Assist in reviewing, managing, and responding to diligence requests
- Coordinate closings and analyze and examine real estate titles
- Work with partners and clients to handle the sale, acquisition, financing, and leasing of various commercial real estate properties
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice in New York State or eligible to waive into the New York State Bar
- Minimum of two years of experience as an attorney (or relevant industry experience) handling commercial real estate or financing transactions
- Organized and detail oriented with excellent verbal and writing communication skills
Compensation:
- Salary Range: $115,000 - $155,000 (not including performance- or merit-based bonuses or other benefits)
- Actual compensation will depend on factors such as years of experience, qualifications, skill set, and office location
