**Members Only**® is currently seeking experienced litigators to join our team and support our high net-worth clients and families with probate and trust related disputes. As a boutique law firm headquartered in Tigard, Oregon, we are expanding our reach into the state of Washington and are in need of a senior level attorney or attorneys. Our Ideal Candidate

Our ideal candidate is an experienced litigator with a strong business development background in the state of Washington, specifically in Clark County, Spokane, Tri-Cities, or the Puget Sound area. We are looking for someone who can connect with people and develop lasting client relationships. This is a lead attorney position where you will manage cases, supervise your team, and take the lead in court. We provide administrative support so that you can focus on practicing law and delivering the best results for our clients.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 8 years of active civil litigation experience
- Experience in probate, guardianship, and trust litigation highly desired
- Member of the Oregon and/or Washington State Bar in good standing
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Significant courtroom experience
- Ability to supervise and mentor legal team
