Salary: $65,555 (Florida Bar member) or $59,183 (awaiting Florida Bar membership), plus benefits

The **Members Only** is currently seeking a highly qualified candidate to fill the position of Judicial Staff Attorney in Tampa, Florida. This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, along with the opportunity to work with a team of experienced staff attorneys in the Unified Family Court.

Responsibilities:
- Assist state court circuit and county judges with legal research and drafting of proposed orders
- Handle other related assignments as needed
- Expected to be assigned to the Unified Family Court, which handles family law, dependency, delinquency, and protective injunction cases

Qualifications:

- Excellent research, writing, proofreading, and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize pending assignments
- Discretion, honesty, and confidentiality in handling matters before the court
