Summary:

**Members Only**, a global data, analytics, and technology company, is seeking a Hearing Representative to join their Appellate Division. This role involves representing employer clients in unemployment compensation hearings and advocating on their behalf. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in unemployment or administrative hearings and excellent communication skills. This position can be located in various cities including St. Louis, Des Moines, Louisville, Houston, and Rochester.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide representation for employer clients during unemployment compensation hearings
- Analyze case information and review data to determine strengths and weaknesses of individual cases
- Prepare client witnesses for unemployment hearing proceedings
- Document all communication with client witnesses

Experience Required:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in unemployment or administrative hearings
- Ability to represent clients in hearings via phone or in person
- Knowledge of state-specific laws and statutes regarding UI benefits
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Preferred Skills:

- Attorney or . with legal education or paralegal certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Experience with G Suite
