Job Title: Litigation Support Analyst
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of legal technology solutions, such as document management systems, e-discovery platforms, and legal research databases.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for legal technology tools and systems.
- Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to identify and address technology needs and challenges.
- Conduct training sessions and create user guides to educate attorneys and staff on the effective use of legal technology tools.
- Assist in the testing and evaluation of new legal technology products and enhancements.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of legal technology systems and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with the IT department to ensure the security and integrity of legal technology systems and data.
- Stay updated on emerging legal technology trends and evaluate their potential impact on the firm.
Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in legal technology or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of legal technology tools and systems, including document management systems, e-discovery platforms, and legal research databases.
- Familiarity with legal processes and terminology.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Salary Information:
- The anticipated pay range for this role varies by location and is as follows:
- Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles & Washington, .: $81,000-$123,550
- New York: $84,900-$129,450
- San Francisco & Silicon Valley: $88,700-$135,300
- This role is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on performance.
- The actual offered rate for this position will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors, including qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity.
