H2: Work on High-Stakes Transactions and Agreements for Leading Companies
- Seeking experienced Technology Commerce Associate or Of Counsel with at least six years of experience
- Join our Minneapolis, Palo Alto, Salt Lake City, Dallas, or Seattle office
- Work on intellectual property aspects of mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, financings, and other multidisciplinary transactions
- Also work on structuring, drafting, and negotiating intellectual property and commercial transactions
- Must have JD degree from ABA-accredited law school and top academic credentials
- Strong communication and writing skills required
- Must be admitted to Minnesota, California, Utah, Texas, or Washington bar or have ability to become admitted
- Salary range for Seattle applicants is $295,000 - $315,000+ based on experience in practice area
