Job Description:
As a Technology Transactions (IT) Associate, you will primarily work on structuring, drafting, and negotiating a variety of intellectual property and commercial transactions, including license, service, development, distribution, and partnering agreements. You will also have the opportunity to work on the intellectual property aspects of mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, financings, and other multidisciplinary transactions.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in intellectual property transactions
- Strong interest in a career focused on intellectual property and commercial transactions
- Technical or science background is beneficial, but not required
- Superior academic credentials
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
