The Law Firm is seeking a Corporate Transactional Attorney to join our team in our Riverside office. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced attorney to join our highly successful corporate/real estate transactional team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of business and transactional law practice experience, with a focus on areas such as mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, real estate development, conversions and business formation. Position: Corporate Transactional Attorney
Location: Riverside, CA
Salary Range: $150,000 to $200,000 per year
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in business and transactional law
