Fisher Phillips is seeking ideal candidates who have a strong background in litigating restrictive covenant and trade secret matters, including motions for injunctive relief, expedited discovery, and deposition and discovery experience. Candidates should also have a solid understanding of computer forensics and e-discovery issues. Strong academic credentials, excellent writing and analytical skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment are also required for this role.

Candidates must be admitted to the state bar of the state in which they reside and hold a . from an ABA-accredited law school. We are seeking associates who live near one of our office locations listed above, as in-person collaboration may be necessary at times.

The yearly salary range for this position is $175,000 - $235,000. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
