Commercial Litigation - Department Attorney The candidate should preferably have experience litigating matters involving catastrophic casualty claims, premises liability, dram shop, commercial and residential construction, and property disputes, transportation & logistics, product liability, insurance, and other complex torts and business disputes. Must have experience defending individual, insurance, and corporate clients. And 3+ years of law firm commercial litigation experience and will be able to demonstrate proficiency in written and oral advocacy skills and excellent academic credentials. Deposition experience preferred.
