Staff Attorney The candidate will perform duties: Pre-litigation Case management from intake to settlement; Preparing and writing complete demand packages; Professionally Correspond with clients, insurance companies, doctors & attorneys; Settlement negotiations; Requesting medical records, bills and liens; Knowledge of PIP/ Medical billing/ Closing Statements/ Reductions. Florida Bar (Required). Experience pf 2 years preferred. Must be admitted to the Florida Bar. Must have Personal Injury experience and/or background in Insurance Defense.
