Law Firm Paul Hastings is seeking a Junior or Midlevel Corporate Fintech Associate (3rd or 4th year) to join their elite Global Fintech and Payment Systems practice. This is a Chambers Ranked Band 1 (.) practice, providing the opportunity to work with top investment banks, asset managers, and corporations. The position is open in their San Francisco, Washington, ., or New York offices.
The role involves assisting clients in building innovative financial services and products, negotiating commercial financial services agreements, and handling financial services licensing and enforcement matters. The ideal candidate should possess creative and critical thinking skills, attention to detail, excellent research and writing abilities, and strong judgment. A minimum of 3 years of financial services regulatory experience, preferably in Fintech or Banking, is required. Experience with NMLS, consumer finance, payments, or consumer protection is preferred.
